모든 기능을 3일 동안 무료로 써볼 수 있습니다. 충분히 써보신 뒤 구독해주세요.

2. 청약철회(환불) 기준

본 상품은 디지털 콘텐츠(소프트웨어 이용권)로, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 무료체험을 제공하고 그 사실을 미리 알린 경우 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 프로그램에서 라이선스 키를 한 번도 사용하지 않은 경우: 전액 환불
• 라이선스 키를 사용한 경우: 환불이 제한됩니다. 다만 프로그램 결함으로 정상적으로 쓸 수 없고 회사가 해결하지 못한 경우에는 남은 기간만큼 환불합니다.
• 연 구독: 위 기준을 적용하되, 사용한 경우에도 결제 후 30일 이내 요청하면 사용한 달을 월 구독 요금으로 계산하고 나머지를 환불합니다.

3. 해지

언제든 구독 관리에서 해지할 수 있으며, 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 결제되지 않습니다. 이미 결제한 기간은 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 환불 신청 방법

이메일 로 라이선스 키, 결제 이메일, 환불 사유를 보내주세요. 확인 후 3영업일 안에 결제한 카드로 취소해드립니다.

1. Free trial before payment

You can use every feature free for 3 days. Please try it fully before subscribing.

2. Withdrawal (refund) rules

This product is digital content (a software license). Under Article 17(2)(5) of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be restricted when a free trial is provided and this is disclosed in advance.

• Within 7 days of payment and the license key has never been used in the program: full refund
• The license key has been used: refunds are restricted. However, if the program cannot be used normally because of a defect that the Company cannot fix, the remaining period is refunded.
• Yearly plan: the rules above apply, but even if used, if you ask within 30 days of payment, the months used are charged at the monthly price and the rest is refunded.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in My subscription. After cancellation, no payment is taken from the next billing date. You can keep using the period already paid for until it ends.

4. How to request a refund

Email with your license key, payment email and reason. After checking, we cancel the charge on your card within 3 business days.
