이 약관은 (이하 "회사")가 제공하는 PC 프로그램 "" 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
서비스는 이용자의 PC에 설치되어 동작하는 쇼핑 쇼츠 영상 제작 보조 프로그램으로, 영상 분석·대본 작성·음성 생성·편집·썸네일 제작·업로드 보조 기능을 제공합니다. AI 기능은 이용자가 직접 발급받아 입력한 Google Gemini API 키로 동작하며, 그 사용량과 조건은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
① 이용자는 구독 결제를 하면 라이선스 키를 받으며, 하나의 라이선스 키는 최대 2대의 PC에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
② 라이선스 키는 본인만 사용할 수 있고, 다른 사람에게 양도·공유·재판매할 수 없습니다.
③ 프로그램을 역설계·변조하거나 라이선스 확인을 우회하는 행위를 금지합니다.
처음 설치한 PC에서는 결제 없이 3일 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 써볼 수 있습니다. 무료체험은 PC당 1회입니다.
① 요금은 홈페이지에 표시된 금액(부가세 포함)이며, 월 구독은 매월, 연 구독은 매년 같은 날 등록한 카드로 자동결제됩니다.
② 자동결제가 실패하면 회사는 최대 3일 동안 다시 시도하며, 그래도 결제되지 않으면 서비스 이용이 중지됩니다.
③ 요금을 바꾸는 경우 적용 30일 전에 홈페이지와 이메일로 알립니다.
이용자는 언제든 홈페이지 [구독 관리]에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 결제되지 않으며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 환불정책을 따릅니다.
① 이용자는 서비스로 사용·편집·게시하는 영상, 이미지, 음악, 문구의 저작권 및 초상권 등 권리를 직접 확인해야 하며, 권리 침해에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
② 업로드·검색 기능은 이용자 PC의 브라우저를 자동으로 조작하는 방식입니다. 각 플랫폼(유튜브, 틱톡, 인스타그램, 스레드, 페이스북, 샤오홍슈 등)의 약관과 정책을 지키는 것은 이용자의 책임이며, 계정 제한 등 불이익에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
③ 쿠팡 파트너스 등 제휴 마케팅의 대가성 표시 등 관련 법령과 정책을 지켜야 합니다.
각 플랫폼의 화면·정책 변경, Google 등 외부 서비스의 변경으로 일부 기능이 일시적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있으며, 회사는 업데이트로 이를 고치기 위해 노력합니다.
회사는 서비스로 만든 영상의 조회수·수익 등 결과를 보장하지 않으며, 천재지변, 외부 서비스 장애, 이용자의 PC 환경 등 회사의 책임이 아닌 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중과실로 손해가 생긴 경우에는 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다.

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the PC program "" and related services (the "Service") provided by (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
The Service is a program installed on the user's PC that helps create shopping short videos, providing video analysis, script writing, voice generation, editing, thumbnail creation and upload assistance. AI features run on a Google Gemini API key that the user obtains and enters themselves, and its usage and conditions follow Google's policies.
① When a user pays for a subscription, they receive a license key. One license key may be used on up to 2 PCs.
② A license key is for the user's own use only and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
③ Reverse-engineering or modifying the program, or bypassing the license check, is prohibited.
On a PC where the program is first installed, all features can be used free of charge for 3 days without payment. The free trial is available once per PC.
① Fees are the amounts shown on the website (VAT included). Monthly plans are charged every month and yearly plans every year on the same date to the registered card.
② If an automatic payment fails, the Company retries for up to 3 days; if payment still fails, use of the Service is suspended.
③ If fees change, the Company will give notice on the website and by email 30 days before the change takes effect.
Users may cancel at any time in [My subscription] on the website. After cancellation, no further payments are taken from the next billing date, and the Service can be used until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds follow the Refund policy.
① Users must check the copyright, portrait and other rights to any video, image, music or text they use, edit or publish with the Service, and are responsible for any infringement.
② Upload and search features work by automatically controlling the browser on the user's PC. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.), and the Company is not liable for account restrictions or other consequences.
③ Users must comply with applicable laws and policies, such as disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing (e.g. Coupang Partners).
Some features may temporarily stop working because of changes to platforms' screens or policies, or to external services such as Google. The Company will make efforts to fix these through updates.
The Company does not guarantee results such as views or earnings from videos made with the Service, and is not liable for damage caused by reasons outside its responsibility, such as natural disasters, failures of external services or the user's PC environment. Damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence is handled according to applicable law.
Disputes related to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is determined by the Civil Procedure Act.
